Precast Delivery 

Yavapai Precast provides delivery service on all of our manufactured concrete products. On septic tank products, delivery includes setting of the tank in a properly sized and excavated hole. On all other products, delivery is to the jobsite and does not include setting the product in place. However, arrangements can be made for product placement at an additional charge by calling the office.

Customers can pick up products at our manufacturing facility in Prescott, AZ during normal business hours. Pick up of large amounts of product(truckloads) will need to be staged for pick up and require prior arrangements to be made with the office. Customers that pick up products need to realize that precast concrete products are very heavy, and require properly sized vehicles and trailers for safe transport. Product weights are available by calling the office.

Any septic tank products that are picked up by the customer will void the manufacturer’s warranty. These products require specialized equipment for proper handling, transport, and placement. Yavapai Precast will not be responsible for any damage caused by mishandling of these products.
